Struggle!

Thoughts traveling up and down,
one knocking down another,
hitting hard on mental membrane,
mayhem of sorts!

Am I spoilt for choices,
or struggling for clarity?
may be out of focus,
perhaps a bit rusty!

words are not flowing naturally,
is it a kind of writer's syndrome?
struggling to find an answer,
and the mayhem continues!
